Thank you for helping us to spread the word about Giving Hearts Day 2023.  As one of the biggest fundraising events in our year, Giving Hearts Day is NPD’s favorite holiday! Lots of prep, lots of excitement, lots of joy – and we are so thrilled that you are ready to celebrate with us.

One of the most important things to remember about Giving Hearts Day is that gifts from individuals are amplified through matching gifts pledged by businesses and community members, so the more you give, the more we receive.

Below, you will find images, links and wording for you to mix and match to help promote the day. Each suggested post is separated by a dashed line. Text in red is for you to fill in with your own words or a prompt to put the link in your bio (Instagram) or to include the link in your post (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok).

NPD will also be posting consistantly about the event and we encourage you to share our posts in your stories and on you page – especially the ones  the business who have committed to providing matching funds.

I’m so proud to be part of @northernplainsdance where I {get to work hands on with so many brilliant teachers and choreographers from around the country.}

{Dance has given me so much throughout my life. It has not only given me an outlet to express my ideas but it has opened doors for me that I didn’t even know existed.}

So, on Giving Hearts Day (February 9) I will give what I can and challenge others to give to an organization that is truly advocating for students and the art of dance in our community and beyond.

Tomorrow is the BIG day! #GivingHeartsDay is officially here! Last year, NPD raised $26,225 during #GivingHeartsDay2022. That is all due to the generosity and participation of community members, parents, families, teachers, volunteers, and students. This year they are asking for our help again.
