Arranging a Group Sale

We’ll be there every step of the way to make your event a success. Ask about our different options for booking and payment, including online purchasing. Follow these easy steps to get started:

• Select your performance date and time
• Estimate the size of your group
• Fill out the online Group Sale Request Form – NPD will contact you to finalize your order
• A 25% deposit is required to reserve your seats
• Final ticket count and full payment are required 14 days prior to performance

Group Add-ons

Tickets are just the start of your experience with Northern Plains Dance. Check out our paid add-on opportunities to enhance your group’s event.

• Get a behind-the-scenes look at the performance with a backstage tour of the magnificent, historic Belle Mehus City Auditorium. | $10 per person
• Before the performance, watch the dancers as they prepare and hone their technique with exercises at the barre and center stage. | $10 per person

Group Policies

• Group rates are subject to availability and are valid on Level B, C, or D tickets only
• Group discount applies when 10 or more tickets are purchased for a single performance
• Groups can increase or decrease an order at any time (an additional handling fee may be applied). The total number of tickets may not be less than 10.
• A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of reservation (must be received within 5 business days if paying by check) and full payment is required within 14 days of the performance date
• Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), check, or cash
• Full payment by credit card is required for orders placed 14 days or less prior to the desired performance date.
• Tickets will be released if full payment is not received by the due date (14 days prior to performance date)
• Tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another performance at the discretion of Northern Plains Dance.
• Upon receipt of final payment, all tickets will be mailed to the group coordinator, unless the group coordinator arranges to pick them up in person.
• All persons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. It is recommended that children be at least 3 years of age to attend our performances.
• Performances begin promptly. If you arrive late, you will be seated at the discretion of Northern Plains Dance staff.
